I joined Bank of America to improve the user experience of their Global Product Solutions online treasury management application. Last year, I was a member of a small team that conducted a series of ethnographic research visits with a variety of our clients. This research is currently providing the needed insight to design a useful and usable portal-style solution that will assist our clients in achieving their daily work goals as well as meeting longer term treasury objectives for their company. Does that sound too corporate? I think I can hear my former fellow students laughing at me ...from their cubes.
